In Northern Tanzania, many people’s lives are being transformed through hearing the preaching of the gospel. Evangelists from Malambo Bible School are flown to Maasai villages where they are discipling the local community over four days. Evangelist Elisha Moita was introduced to MAF in 1985, but in those early days of ministry, Elisha travelled long distances on foot. Today, Elisha expresses his thanks for the impact MAF flights have made in supporting his mission:
‘I walked for long distances without food and water to quench my thirst, encountering wild animals. But I want to thank MAF for their aircraft that have over time changed my life and made it easier for myself and other evangelists to continue with this ministry.’
£1,428 will fund one seat on an MAF plane so evangelists like Elisha can share the life-changing good news of Jesus.
