Free online Co-Pilot Leadership Course

Exclusively for MAF Co-Pilot members, this course is all about equipping you to be the Christian leaders of the future – training you to become servant-hearted leaders, making a positive contribution to your community and hopefully to MAF’s Co-Pilot community too.

The content will be delivered in 2 x 3-hour sessions – a Friday evening and a Saturday morning – and consists of six different sessions:

Sessions include

Session 1: Vision casting – How to cast a vision, and how MAF is still doing that today

Session 2: Identifying strengths – How you use your strengths

Session 3: Speaking skills – How to develop your ability as a speaker

Session 4: Personal and servant leadership – The helpful habits that shape good leadership

Session 5: Essential conversations – How to have [OR conduct] difficult conversations well

Session 6: Putting your leadership into action – Planning for your next steps in volunteering, fundraising or a career with MAF Co-Pilot

After the course, we will offer you one-to-one online support to help you progress with your goals and will send you a certificate.

We’ll offer the course several times a year to a limited number of participants.

Our next course will take place on Friday 15th May 2026 6:30–9:30pm & Saturday 16th May 2026 10:00am–1:00pm and our application closing date for this course is Monday 27th April 2026
